Civil & Structural Engineering
and Land Surveying

At Locke Engineers, we specialize in providing innovative engineering solutions and expertise to our clients. Our team of civil and structural engineers strive to provide functionality of all structures and facilities we design. Our consulting services provide expert advice and guidance to our clients, helping them achieve their project goals. With a focus on quality and a commitment to delivering exceptional results, we are dedicated to meeting the needs of our clients and ensuring the success of their projects.

Our approach to furnishing design services is as though we were responsible for the project's operation and maintenance. Attention to functional detail is most important.  Excessive reliance on change orders and warranties is not a substitution for quality design, installation workmanship, and selection of proper materials. Early attention to the “constructability” of the design often results in an economic payback to the owner during the bidding stage and the life of the project.

Staff continuously strives to improve the delivered product, to get it right the first time, and minimize the time from planning to construction in this age of highly regulated, complex, facility development.
